Rentalperiod
A rental period from a Saturday 16.00 pm till a Saturday 10.00 am, except otherwise agreed.

Payment terms
At reservation, a down payment of 25% of total rent has to be paid.

But if the booking is done within 6 weeks before start of the rental period, the total sum has to be paid at once. The remaining amount of the total rental fee, 75%, of total rental amount, has to be paid, maximum 6 weeks before start the rental period.

A deposit of 150 euro has to be paid at arrival for possible damage and/or missing articles.

Deposit
The deposit of 150 euro will be paid back latest a week after finish date of rental period, or if possible, after inspection, directly at the departure.

In case of damage to the building or household or missing things of the household, an amount accordingly will be with held of this deposit.

Cancellation
In case the tenant cancels the booking outside 6 weeks before start the rental period 25% of the total rental amount will be charged. By cancellation within 6 weeks before start of the rental period, the total agreed rental sum would be charged.

We advice you to arrange a cancellation insurance for your own convenience

Obligations of the tenant
The tenant is not allowed to sub rent the house to other people.

Also not more people are allowed, then the agreed number of people, as sagreed upon in signed contract.

Pets/animals are only allowed after consultation with, and special approval from landlord.

The stay at above mention property is at your own risk.
The tenant(s) has to have third party liability insurance.
The tenant treats the rental property and household carefully and always locks the property accordingly, due to the stringent insurance rules.

In case of poor weather conditions, the tenants take correct pre cautions with equipment. The tenant ensures to bring his or her own towels, toiletry, etc.
The tenant is obliged to deliver the house standard cleaned up at end of period.

The tenant is obliged to report any complaints or defects during their stay; no complaints will be handled after agreed rental period is over.

Obligations of the landlord
The landlord delivers the rental property clean at start of the rental period.
The landlord reimburse the already paid amount in case of cancellation according earlier mention conditions

The rental is inclusive utilities cost (gas/electricity/water).

The tenant provides dinnerware, cutlery, tea cloth, barbecues and garden chair.

The tenant provides bed linen and the beds will be made up at arrival.

The tenant provides central heating when applicable.

We advise you to close cancellation insurance.

The use of the house, swimming pool and terrain/property is at your own risk, we are not responsible for any damage or accidents.

The holiday house is on above-mentioned date available from ± 16.00 pm.

Further you are friendly reminded to depart the holiday house at departure date ± 10.00 am.
